The City of Fowler retained Peters Engineering Group to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimate for two bike and pedestrian trail projects along Golden State Blvd from Merced Street to Manning Avenue in Fowler. Improvements included the construction of a Class II bike and pedestrian trail and updated ADA compliant pedestrian ramps along the west side of Golden State Blvd. Both projects were federally funded through CMAQ grants. Peters Engineering Group handled the design, construction administration, and grant administration. Construction was completed in 2024.
